I definitely agree. The thing is that a lot of the times the issue is with the access that we have to food. Some people who live in the cities rarely have access to fresh organic food that actually has nutrients. Even if they do try to source "healthy" food from somewhere, itll be so expensive that it would be absolutely unsustainable for the avg person! So generally, people have to shift to taking supplements to strengthen their diet. It is best to consult a doctor and see what they say, so it's always best to look towards a healthcare professional before making any big additions or changes to your diet. You have to be careful with diets because many are not good for us. You need a balance of proteins, fats, and carbs. I don't like restrictions, as long as I understand that I don't need to eat a lot of junk food. I can eat sweets and I'll be fine. I'll eat some, and I'll be comfortable.
