Hi, I haven't used a Workout yet and I'd like to start using them. Can you ( / how do you) fit a Workout into a longer ride? I'm going for a couple of hours ride tomorrow morning, during the course of the ride I'd like to put in a 45 minute interval session. If I press Start to begin recording my ride history when I set off do I have to press Stop, go to Workouts and press start on the Interval Workout when I'm ready for the session? When the Workout finishes do I have press Stop and then Start again to continue recording the rest of my ride? As long as I don't press and hold LAP to reset does it matter as I guess it would still be one history file? What I'm trying to avoid is having three "ride histories", Pre Workout, Workout and Post Workout. Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
