Hi, There is no doubt in my mind (nor my oncologist's) that I'm creating a profound level of healing beyond the wide array of western and eastern medicines I'm taking. I've had to "get beyond" pain, deep fear, nausea, the feeling of suffocation, and more. This morning I reached a new level at the end of meditation. I became so wave-like it took hours to come back "down to earth," where the dizzy sensation and slight nausea subsided. It was disconcerting but I knew it was actually a huge breakthrough. I don't believe in such things as meditation and all this stuff. I think that to feel you good you just need to do what you like and get rid of all the negativity in your lifw. For example, when I feel stressful or tired, I love playing in top casinos in canada or watching my favorite TV shows and programs. Find things that you really enjoy.

It's everyone's choice. I like that there is time to quiet the mind when there is too much thinking and stress and work. It's an opportunity for a few minutes of distraction. Breathing exercises help to relax.
